First of all, I'd like to mention that if your question is not answered by this document, you can report it to Support, just like you do with questions about your platform.
The ticket screen has been changed. Below, you will find the new screen.
- Add an attachment.
- Create a subtask.
- Link issues using "Link issue."
- Add acceptance criteria. If there's already an item in the acceptance criteria section, you can add a new criterion in the empty row directly.
- Modify the ticket status.
- By clicking on the "..." (ellipsis), you will access the following list. Some options may not be available due to permissions.
Board Missing:
If you've always used a board that is no longer visible, please inform Support, specifying which board it is, and they can restore it.
Fields on the right side:
There are quite a few fields on the right side, which can sometimes be confusing. What you can do is pin the items you use by clicking on the pin icon behind an item.
Where can I find my boards:
You can access your boards through "Your Work," not to be confused with dashboards.
